exercise routine
Can anyone help me develop a regular exercise routine? As of now I have a punching beg, weight bench with leg weights, and free weights. I am 5'9, 160 and would like to tone up the quickest way. Any advice on how often (timewise per day) should I be working out? I'm keeping it relatively simple at 40 mins including doing sit ups and push ups. My goal is to tone my chest, arms, and legs - nothing bulky - by summer. Thanks.
