Any personal trainers?
I assume somewhere there has to be someone that is a personal trainer that i could bug from some advice on redoing my routine... i know it could be way better and what i have now is some bunch of crap. so if anyone really knows whats going on, let me know and we can figure out what i can do i hope. thanks.
