Assuming they appear to be physically capable of breaking me in half, first I'd try to get them calmed down and handle the situation maturely by giving them my insurance info, etc. Failing that, grab my cell phone and start calling the cops. And if that doesn't make the person stop, ram my 4000-pound American car into their front wheel in hopes of making their car undrivable (they won't be able to give chase with a broken tie rod or bent axle!) and then get the heck outta there.
