Even if I don't go, I can definitely help out. My aunt lives in the Vegas area (Boulder City) and my family will be down there over the summer for her wedding, so I can scope locations out then. I love traveling and love organizing stuff, so any way I can help I will.
Preliminary plane ticket searches show similar rates for October vs. early December. There is a $5 difference between the two--October being slightly cheaper.
