Yes rough sex, especially involving fingers, can cause tears and bleeding. This has happened to me a couple of times.
It's a good idea to ask a doctor, anyway, though, because she will want to make sure the cuts are healed properly. It's possible for infections to set into an injury "down there" and not to feel any pain from it, so she needs someone to check up on her to make sure.
