I'm not saying don't ever use cheats in the game, I'm just suggesting not using them the first time through. The only reason I didn't cheat in GTAIII was becuase by the time I played through it a couple times, something else took up my time.
As for the mp3 files thing, I just wanted to here all the 80's tracks, as I heard the radio content is pretty large. Remember, the game is new to me. Those are just my preferances.
