Doc says that mine has a knot of scar tissue in it. Supposedly it's common to get a knot like that. When I was pregnant it REALLY stuck out. It krinkles when I push on it and is uncomfortable. What I wouldn't trade for the turnon feeling instead. Pretty much stay away from my belly button for pleasant sensations.
