Easy :

1) 30 minutes of cardiovascular (walking, biking, stair-stepping) HR appropriate (check the chart in the gym)

2) Nautilus muscular workout; Fat Burning = Low weight reps 12x3

Total workout time: 1 hour

Times per week: At least 3
