Apparently you didn't read the sticky posted above entitled Rules of Tilted Computers.

HD: size, type, partitioned
Media: floppy, Zip, CDROM, CDR, DVD, etc...
Browser: IE, Mozilla, Opera, what version <-- VERY important for web problems.
