and i have heard of a grosser thing in germany where a guy put out an internet ad for someone to eat him. he got 37 replies. 10 wanted to do the deed and 27 wanted to tape. he picked one guy they got together he got jacked on morphine, he cut off his "extremity" with which they seared in oil (flambe) and then ate together.
