As far as the difference in pleasure goes...I think that is somewhat of an urban legend. I do remember reading this from a credible source a while back, although I don't remember where. The initial sensation for uncircumsized men may be greater (or maybe just more of a shock) but I'm fairly certain the orgasm is just the same in the end. I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there that would testify that they haven't lost any sensitivity over the years from plain masturbating. I doubt having the glans exposed to some fabric makes much of a difference.
