FngKestrel, thriolith: nice to hear that I'm not the only one who has that opinion! They said that the arrow pointing in arrears was giving the impression that HK was thinking in arrears instead of ahead?!
The arrow has to turn backwards as it represents the past and the sexless person running towards the clock (=the future) is a symbol of the ahead thinking 
They think the symbolism of ahead thinking wasn't visible enough so I had to change it. Oh well, as long as the alterations aren't more extensive than this I'll live
