I had a neighbor who took offense to the fence I built. He claimed it was on his property we got in a dispute over the location of the fence and later that day he pulle dout his chainsaw and cut it down. We had a discussion ang agreed to hire a surveyor to determine the property line location and agreed that whoever was wrong would pay for the survey and if he was wrong he'd pay for a new fence. He lost. He never paid me for the fence and the surveyor put lien on his house for nonpayment. Ileft the fence laying on the ground where it fell when he cut it for two years. It pissed him off everytime he saw it there. Eventually he and his wiife (really nice person) got a divorece and he moved. I cleaned up the fence once he was gone.
