yep, what they said.
we just got a wireless router a week ago ...
router plugs into modem, and one computer (mp3 server in the kitchen) has a wireless nic.
(the rest of our LAN comes out of the modem into a couple switches).
so long as the router is on/connected, we can access inet with any/all of our computers.
in other words, it does not require a 'internet server pc' to be running.
