The constant loading times when entering and leaving buildings annoyed me, and it seems all the women have had boob jobs. However, I did find it addictive and I did complete it. One point to mention is there is about 4 or 5 different endings which is quite good - and not all the endings are beneficial to you. It is a very good game, but it could have been a great game if they spent a bit more time on it. I would advise buying it, it is worth the money.
