Go to the porn convention in Vegas (same time as CES) then you are bound to run into a lot of them either at the exhibits or casinos. I ran into Ron Jeremy outside the convention and a couple of the porn chicks at Bally's. It used to be free years ago but now there is a "cover" charge.
