| 6 feet tall and 182lbs is a pretty healthy size.  Body composition will give you a more accurate picture of your figure.  Keep lifting weights and doing the cardio and your weight may go up, but the body composition will be lower body fat.  Get a set of skin calipers and learn how to use them.  Losing 13 lbs of fat is a good thing, keep it up.  Picture 13 pounds of butter sitting on a table (and not in your belly)...that's a lot of butter! |
