as far as i know, it should work with relative <<< key word) ease. Alot of quads share powerplants with others bikes from there respective manufacturer. I think it depends on a couple factors; 1. was the quad a 2 or 4 cylinder (i know some older sport bikes and motox bikes were 2cyl) 2. how much room do you have in the chassis. I also think some other things to consider would be that with all the added power, could the rest of the drivetrain hold up? Good luck, post pics if you get it to work
