If you feel it's a problem, it might be an idea (if technically possible) to install a (extra) casefan to blow cool air onto the harddisk. Or if you dislike noise, you could try one of the many passive harddisk coolers/silencers.
Higher temperatures may not damage your harddisk right away, but it might pose problems in the long run.
