LOL, sounds like stuff thats happened to me (in fact i started a thread somewhere on my crazy flatmates). I never got so far as the tribunal though. I threatened, wrote nasty letters too. When her family's solicitor started coming after me though i folded like the piss weak bitch that i am.
Hope it goes well for you spindles. Keep us updated on the outcome. If they try to take you down and lock you away ill bust you out of the joint.
