The poster boy for a Viagra/Cialis user would be late 40s, maybe a little depressed, maybe overweight. I fit 2 of the 3 (not overweight). I have a doctor's recommendation to use it. I have described the great success I have had with Cialis, but please don't think that it is providing me with something I have never had. It basically makes me feel 20 years younger in the bedroom. If I WAS 20 years younger, I wouldn't go near the stuff. I'm not sure what the effect would be on someone who already has a steel I-beam between their legs. I recently read "The Viagra Myth" by Abraham Morgentaler. It gives accounts of successes and failures with the drug. Many of the failures seem to be young folks who use it needlessly. Apparently it is easy to become emotionally dependent on it.
