Nope, the article is both pointless and meaningless and, even if they have actually stumbled across something that is interesting and should be followed-up on, this report should never be the basis of anything in terms of consensus or decision-making.

Of course, I myself have a bias, being a high-frequency computer user. I believe my GPA speaks for itself in contrast to this study though.
