You say that the side fan is blowing out?... I Googled your case and it looks like it has really good cooling... for shits and grins you should try to flip the side fan over and have it blow into the case. It would be perfect if it were ducted to fit right over the cpu... but it's probably not warrented here.
Let us know what the temp difference is (if any).
