This is probably the best advice, for men or women, with men or women. Use the ice cube on the body sparingly, by tongues and hands cooled by ice can create the most amazing sensations.
As one previous posted intoned, creativity is the way to approach it, but less ice and more cool touch is a great rule of thumb.
