ND, Michigan, and Ohio State are the three schools he can go to without having to buy out his Utah contract.
That being said Florida can and will pay any penalty or buyout if they want Meyer and he wants to go there.
There is no doubt Meyer has taken Utah as far as they can go. There is really nothing more to accomplish there for him.
