Well the most important thing I've ever learned about sex is, your partner isn't going to magically read your mind and know what you want, you have to ask. So if I want my wife to dress up in a schoolgirl outfit and let me videotape me banging her and giving her a facial I say "Hey, you wanna..."
Like I said she is up for most things I'm into, she's iffy on the 3some/group sex thing though. She knows its high on my list of fantasy, we've talked about it and she's basically said "maybe one day". Which is at least better than the "hell no" I've always gotten from exes, who knows maybe fate will shine on me one day
