Ok, so the top cables, the ones with the bright yellow cord and the long metal ends, look to me like XLR cables. These are usually used hooked up to microphones going to either a DAT recorder (for films) or I'm guessing also to a PA system of some sort. If so, they have three main prongs on the male end in a triangular shape, and they click together where you have to press down on a small button to undo them.

My best guess for the other, which I'm less sure about, is a mono audio cable (1/4 inch) that splits into 8 seperate 1/8 inch mono audio cables. Probably has to do with hooking several components together though I can't say for sure.

Edit: I made that second guess thinking that the smaller cables were coming from the other end of the larger one on the bottom, not sure sure thats the case looking at it again. If not, then it may just be a regular 1/4 inch male to male audio cord, used for high quality headphones or plugging instruments into amps and whatnot, as the cable with the single ends. And the other cable could just be a group of 1/8 " audio cables similar to what cheaper headphones used, grouped together in one cord and color coded so they don't tangle while connecting multiple who-knows-whats together.
