Oddly enough, that's not a 355, nor was it made in 1999. It's a 360 Challenge Stradale. You can even see that written on the back of the car if you look close. Maybe the guy wanted the same plates he had on his previous car

Anyways, I saw a Shelby Series One a few months ago in Philly. Really funky looking car (not in a good way).
