I'm not sure he'd be right for the part, but i've only seen pictures. Although Ioan Gruffudd started out in Pobol Y Cwm, and he's playing Reed Richards in the new Fantastic Four movie, so who knows.
Personally, I think Clive Owen is best for Bond.
