I think it was along the lines of 2 out of 5 miscarriages go unnoticed. There is usually a little more cramping then normal and obviously clots and other matter that will be discharged. If this is something that happened recently, you can go and have your blood drawn and have your hormones checked at the doc's office, if you wanted to know for sure. Otherwise, just relax and remember all things happen for a reason. I can't say that sounds like anything more then a bloodclot, but I'm not a doctor.
