ok so now i'm pretty sure that it isn't my PSU (damnit)...
I tried using another PSU and it did the same thing...I also only connected things I needed. Maybe more of my sysinfo can help you guys think of what to do?

2x Maxtor 120gb HDDs (RAID-0)
i only connected the molex connectors to those items...still resets itself during various times in the boot process when using the 200/400 fsb setting
