Well, even with a telephoto sight you still have to watch what is on the other side of your target....and in the flat lands of Texas, that can be one hell of a long way off....and down here it could end up in Mexico...
I can see it now "yea, I pulled the trigger that killed that mexican, but I was really setting in Iowa"..
