I, too, have your prior affliction (*grin*) I've always joked that since puberty was cruel to me, I'll just have to buy my breasts as after market parts.
In fact, many years ago when I was 19 I asked my doctor if I could see a surgeon but was wisely told to wait. Just in case I was a late, LATE bloomer and suddenly developed from an A cup to a C in my twenties or something LOL So now that I'm 31, I'm planning on going back to get a referral. I've been investigating this procedure for years, weighed the pros and cons, and met with people who've had it done.
