I like the comment that if two are sleeping together, it implies consent to fooling around. But if someone feels violated, then that's her/his feelings, and we cannot argue about that. They own their feelings, not anyone else.
But I like fooling around any hour of the night, asleep or not. Mostly so have my SO's over the years.
