		This really works well. I've lost about 12 pounds in little over 2 weeks.  It's a little difficult to stick to (no bread etc) but the results are great.  This should knock my cholesterol and bp right down.  I like this better than Atkins or even weight watchers.  Its a healthy diet written by a cardiologist.
