Tedford only goes if Cal doesn't make any stadium progress after next year. He still has a 500k buyout, not to mention that going to washington is a lateral move at this point. Does he want to rebuild a destroyed program--again? Tedford's next move, unfortunately, will be in the NFL. He won't go till his kids finish highschool. His wife doesn't want to move again, wants to stay in the sun, so the obvious choice--and most unfortunate, for me--is the 49ers, after Erickson's contract is finished and he is tossed aside.

Bottom line, work on Hawkins or some dude that can stand miserable weather. Washington isn't getting Tedford and they aren't gonna get Spurrier, who needs to golf year round.
