I use it, but a huge number of my social circle is gay. *shrugs* Very few bisexual people I know who aren't immersed in the gay community use it. On the other hand, even when they don't use it, if you use it with them, they catch on pretty quickly, lol. I'm still in favor of asking. Admit before hand that you have a very personal question, and ask away if they give you permission to ask it. I wouldn't walk up cold and ask someone, mind you.... engage them in conversation, make their acquaintance. I'd never advocate being rude. But in the course of conversation, you can say, "I have a kind of personal question..." If they say ok, then ask, "Are you ever interested in other women?" Be gracious if they say no, don't just run off. But at least then you know for sure.
