The Army loves to dole out the wool socks because they draw moisture away from your feet and keep them much drier. Same goes for thicker cotton socks which also help draw moisture away. There's also foot powder, such as the medicated Gold Bond foot powder that comes in the blue container. Also, there is a medical condition called hyperhidrosis that causes your body to produce excessive amounts of sweat "without known cause on the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, in the armpits (axillary), in the groin area, and/or under the breasts."
I would suggest thicker all-cotton or wool socks and a little bit of foot powder to start. Change your socks once or twice a day and take your shoes off when you get the chance. If that doesn't work, you can see your doctor about a topical medication to control the sweat glands in your feet.
