Hot, Sweaty Feet in Shoes
I've been noticing that during the past couple months, I have been less inclined to wear shoes. This is because my feet have suddenly started to get hot and sweaty after wearing shoes for a few hours. Now, I even bought thinner socks and Sacounys (which are thin), but heat still builds up in my shoes. As soon as I take off the shoes, the problem goes away instantly. Note that for most of my life I have worn skate shoes, which are big, yet provide a lot of space for air circulation. The Sauconys I got are thinner, but also tighter (obviously). Could this be a mental thing, as I am used to bare feet by wearing sandals all summer? Or is this an actual medical problem?
