I care what Canadians think. I care what Australians think. I care what Israelies think. I care what the Brits think. I just happen to care what I think more.

Call me self-centered and near-sighted if it makes you happy.

And, with the appropriate degree of respect, much of the rest of the world can go fuck itself.

I care about Mexico too, and many other countries which are friendly to us. The rest, you don't want to know.
