To be honest if I didn't think the nation would be irrepairably damaged I'd say this is a must lose election for the Dems.
Let Bush run the country into the ground and in 4 years when we're in really bad shape have the Dems. come in and sweep up. Perhaps what we need to do is bite the bullet go through some depression and rebuild get priorities straight again and come out stronger.
However, with 4 more years, I don't know, as divided as we are.... we may not have anything to rebuild or anyone that wants to rebuild.
