Help, Carl's Jr. ad in person.
Okay, have you guys seen the commercial where the guy is standing in front of the produce at the supermarket with a dumbfounded look on his face? He stands there for a few minutes, and then a voice-over says, "Carl's Jr. Without us, some guys would starve."
I can totally relate to it.
What advice can you guys give on how to get started and what books to read/use and what stuff I need?
Fairly competent in most other areas of my life, I just never bothered to learn how to cook.
