we have diverse staff with diverse outlooks and lifestyles. We also do NOT judge people for their beliefs, outlooks, or lifestyles, we judge people based on their contribution to the community.

Your contributions were fine and didn't light up or send up any red flags when I saw them normally. After fishing for them after seeing you complain that you're "still waiting" pushing the burden on the staff to react, I then thought differently.

As people before me have said, sit and enjoy the conversation. Things will happen on their own time. There's plenty of freebie porn on the net... you can find that anywhere, but what you can't find are intelligent discussions with community minded people.
