Women do not crave attention about all else. Most are happy to be let alone. Little things that remind us that you love us, affectionate gestures, will suffice. That doesn't mean you should ignore us. What each woman wants is a different story. But to quote a work of medieval literature...“Wommen desire to have sovereintee / As wel over hir housbonde and hir love” (Chaucer's "The Wife of Bath's Tale," lines 1044 - 1045). If this holds true, then women crave sovereignty above all else.
