I see so in 1992 when the lines were 3 hours long and I was in college, I couldn't complain about Clinton's action, or lack their of, when dead Americans were being dragged through the streets?

I guess this does change from state to state... if you lived in CA (guaranteed democrats) and you hate Bush and don't vote, it's not as bad as you living in, say, Utah or Texas as someone who hates bush and doesn't vote.
