Did you realize this before or after you left the establishment?
I could see more of an arguement if you had to go out of your way to take it back. If you realized why you were there I would hope that you had given it back.
If you're asking this to see if you should take it back now that you have realized I believe that you're having doubts of keeping it. If that is the case, take it back.
