Apparantly the Lady and the Atronach are two very good signs to pick. Atronach gives you a huge pool of mana (although it doesnt recharge by sleeping) and the Lady gives you a big personality and endurance boost.
However, if you're playing Morrowind just to see who has the best stats, you're not playing it right. Awesome game.
