Drink water until your stomach hurts the night before the test. When you wake up in the middle of the night having to piss, do it again. First thing in the morning, drink a lot of water again. Both the night before, and the morning of the test, take two Vitamin B-12 pills and an antioxidant pill (make sure it doesn't have any iron in it, very important.) Half an hour before the test, drink a cup of vinegar and follow it with a lot of water. It'll taste nasty, but you want to get the job without suffering because of something you're not going to be doing anymore (if you're going to continue smoking, while in a drug-free workplace, you deserve to get caught.)
The idea is that your body will excrete small amounts of residual THC into urine. Imagine it as dripping blue food coloring into a bowl as you slowly add water, the coloring is the THC and the water is urine. If you just let the food coloring drip in and occasionally add water, it's going to be noticably blue when you empty it out. If you keep filling the bowl until it's almost overflowing, it will dilute the color. If you time it right, you can fill up the bowl with water so that only a few drops of color get in before it's taken for a sample.
The acidic vinegar will help to conceal the presence of THC in your urine, the water will dilute it, and the b-12 and antioxidant pills will keep your piss yellow instead of clear, which is a dead giveaway that you're hiding something.
Eat a high-salt diet when you're going to be drinking a lot of water. Having salt in your digestive tract will keep the water in your intestines, kidneys, and bladder instead of passing into your bloodstream by osmosis. If you get too much water in the bloodstream, you'll begin to suffer from hypoatremia (water intoxication,) a condition in which electrolytes become too diluted to regulate heart function. In a more extreme case (the usual cause of death among ecstacy users,) your blood will become so diluted that it is unable to carry oxygen to vital organs and you'll literally drwon in your own blood. This is why you can't rely on this method of detox more than once in a very long while. It just isn't good for you.
One more thing, it doesn't matter what the law says, or your personal beliefs tell you. If you're entering into an employment contract with someone, and part of the contract is that you'll stay drug-free, you have to abide by that or you'll have no right to cry about it when you fail a test and get fired. I want you to promise me that if you do this, you're going to stay clean as long as you have this job.
