I have problems with the knife, and have yet to see any serious reason as to what niche the silly thing fills. im2smrt4u's answer about California's odd knife laws regarding folders is about the closest thing I've seen to a real hypothesis, and I'm still unconvinced as the knife is too weighty for concealed carry.
