No, it means, "Thanks to those who have donated. The money you have given is being used directly to support the life of the TFP. Unfortunately, there is not enough of you to support the continued existence of every single feature of the site, so until we obtain more funds to upgrade our server to handle the traffic and to pay the bandwidth overages, the less important (and most resource-hungry) areas of the site will be shut down."
